I felt valued and cared for with Nick. He showed a high level of concern and was very thorough. He clearly had my health and well being in mind throughout my visit with him.

He was very informative and answered my questions and concerns

He is very serious, not affable. He wasnt very understanding when I told him that I have itchy nipples as a symptom to my pregnancy. Didnt offer any solutions.

Wasnt impressed. I knew going in exactly what I had and what was wrong with me, my mother is a nurse of 50 years , My whole family and friends had the same cold flu like symptoms with decongestant sinus, respiratory cold Infection virus thing.Basically I knew all I needed was a Z pack or some type of anti biotic. But instead he recommended over-the-counter stuff. So I basically just said oh well I need to go to the store anyways, so I bought what he recommended and I took it religiously as it said. And he even told me if it doesnt clear up in a few days, then to call and schedule another appointment, and sure enough it hasnt hardly cleared up and here I am having to make another appointment to go in when all theyre gonna do is just end up giving me an anabiotic that he shouldve done to begin with. Plus, he didnt didnt have a great personality very bland and I have heard people I know that Ive gone to this person that he doesnt seem to prescribe the correct medication. I suppose I will just wait for a New Doctor to arrive In June

Nicolas checks all vitals carefully and takes time to go over all information related to my health issues and concerns.

Did not even look at me while talking. Told me meds to hold while taking Paxlovid, but went through fast and didnt write it down even though I was quite ill. Same with OTC meds to relieve symptoms. Didnt ask if I had questions.

He doesnt seem very knowledgeable, and when a test comes back normal, he doesnt want to do anything else, just let me continue to suffer with the symptoms rather than test something else.

Im not very impressed with Nickolas Emmanuel Mileos, he seemed very short with me. He made me feel like he was tolerating.

I would not see him again. If I cant get in to see Dr Kleinbart, I will go to urgent care or a walk-in clinic.

The visit with him was good but I felt pressure to answer questions quickly even if not completely explained. Not all questions are yes and no. This provider is by far the best primary care Ive had in several years! Hes extremely thorough and always explains In detail when I have questions about my medications or other health concerns. Hes genuinely a caring and concerned Individual and I feel fortunate that I have him as my primary provider.

I made the appointment to see the doctor, however, I only saw the nurse practitioner. Because my health is very good and I usually only visit once a year, I would think that because this was my annual physical, I would see the doctor.

Nick is new to the practice so he Is still trying to get to know us. Hes doing a good job.

All good. Calm. Never felt rushed and seemed very knowledgeable. Said a new doctor was starting in December and I would be seeing her for physicals going forward.

Overall, I was not impressed.

He was willing to hear my concerns and ideas for my own course of action for my health care needs. Previous experience with a Dr. In this practice was not good. Which is why I choose to not receive care by that Dr. The ARNP- takes the time to call patients by phone at the end of his day. In this day and age, its nice to have someone that does not dismiss or try to dictate what medical care I get. I dont like when doctors decide someone doesnt need something if the patient wants it. Example- blood tests, additional screening to determine root cause of concern.

He too was very good despite the handicap of not knowing we patients as well as my PCP.
