Heather is great. She loves cruises like me and is great to discuss my health.

I felt like Dr. Tran listened but she generalized everything I mentioned and acted like it happens to everyone. This was for a physical so they should have had me get blood work done before my appointment not after. She didnt check my breasts, I dont feel like she did much.

Provider always listens to what I have to say and responds appropriately. I want to cut down on my meds, lost 35 pounds, and she is doing a follow up in 3 months, including blood work results.

Heather Tran is very courteous and professional. She Is very attentive to my concerns and is very thorough, and communicates the results of labs and other testing immediately, along with any follow up instructions.

I was not asked about family health history or if I was taking any supplements and I felt the physical exam was very quick.

A bit frustrated that request to provide previous records for this initial visit and told can only request AFTER visit.

We booked our first appointment with Heather to establish as a patient.

I switched to Heather after my old primary care doctor retired. I brought my records and they were entered into the system. Heather noticed that I had previously had an ultrasound on my thyroid and it was time to follow up and schedule another one. On the most recent ultrasound, there were 2 nodules that required a biopsy, and I currently have that appointment scheduled for the middle of January. Without Heather reviewing my previous history, I never would have remembered to follow up with my thyroid. To be honest, I never remembered having my thyroid looked at prior to switching to Heather. Im very thankful she took the time and reviewed the paperwork from my previous physician.

At the visits I do not feel that I am taken seriously in the slightest, there seems to be no understanding or attempt at understanding my concerns and requests are denied and or are brushed off as though nothing I say is valid as though I am being dramatic. I provide notes as well as any records that may be needed, I am working on their referral requests without hesitation and am still met with someone who does not care or want to help. Each visit has been so draining and discouraging that it effects me at home and at work where I feel that I will never considered or valued for my health. I requested that labs are done before putting my on a medication that alters my hormones due to having prior hormone issues and I am denied labs and told to take the medication and if it works good and if not then I can take it up with a gynecologist, I requested that this was even notated on my records and called Into the office about this and nothing was done. They have submitted records at my visits as though I have been evaluated or checked for a physical but they have not done any examinations at all other than checking my breathing with a stethoscope, I also called and requested that this was also added to my file and it was not, nothing has been updated and the front desk is just covering up and running me in circles. I feel that this provider has lied to me on a few different occasions including that a low dosage anti depressant wont have side effects and yet when I took it I had many side effects as well as withdrawal symptoms and they could not bother to listen to what I was trying to share with them at all or those in office when I would call seeking help. There is more that can be said about my visit and visits in general the last thing I will say is that my job is in jeopardy now from a lack of general care.

This appointment was my first meeting. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to most medical visits. Personable, listened and show true interest in the person

The health care provider was excellent and had lots of patience listening to my issues and gave me alternative medicines as I am from Singapore and visiting my bro here. She helped me get all alternative medicines similar to the ones I am using.
