I am a retired Nurse Practioner and I look for a certain level of care and caring from those who I chose as my caregiver.Would love to talk with her about ways she can improve her approach to practice.

I felt rushed by the APRN. I was in and out in 5 minutes and wasnt able to get all my questions answered. When I asked questions she looked at me as if I didnt know what I was talking about. Her passive aggressiveness made me not want to ask questions because then I would feel dumb.

Came in for a pregnancy test and it felt as though I was being judged and that I was wasting time being there when I couldve done a test at home. I stated I was nervous and just wanted to get a test at the doctors so my boyfriend and I wouldnt be so worried and I received a lecture on how pregnancy and testing works. I just wanted my mind at ease and I left feeling foolish. Its definitely important to educate people on how that kind of stuff works, but I already knew this information, Ive been on birth control for years and Ive come here for a pregnancy test before. I just wanted some extra reassurance.

Crystal was great and thorough. I just needed better follow up a bit more detailed to explain my results
