I had an ear infection and complained about not being able to hear. I was told a prescription for antibiotic would be called in to my pharmacy. I waited a day and pharmacy still did not have script. This was a Friday. So I had to go from Thursday appt until Monday afternoon to get meds. I ended up finding out that what was told to me was wax in the ear was actually the cotton from a swab that had evidently been there a long time. I pulled it out myself with a probe. Very unhappy my ear hurt for 5 more days after appointment due to office error.
