A new provider so just getting used to him. I lost 20+ pounds since my last visit a year ago and it was never commented on.

I had an ear infection and complained about not being able to hear. I was told a prescription for antibiotic would be called in to my pharmacy. I waited a day and pharmacy still did not have script. This was a Friday. So I had to go from Thursday appt until Monday afternoon to get meds. I ended up finding out that what was told to me was wax in the ear was actually the cotton from a swab that had evidently been there a long time. I pulled it out myself with a probe. Very unhappy my ear hurt for 5 more days after appointment due to office error.

Liked the PA, he was kind, approachable, knowledgable and listened. However, he failed to send my RX to the pharmacy requiring me to call and find out where he might have sent or if not to send it now.
