In the 100 Top Hospitals® 2023 national report, Morton Plant Hospital, ranked in the 78th percentile overall in quality of care at or above the 85th percentile in length of stay and hospital-acquired infections, and above the 96th percentile in patient experience. This performance is compared to 632 other teaching hospitals across the country. In support of our philosophy of continuous improvement, we are also proud that this achievement represents us placing in the 84th percentile in continuous improvement over the last five years. Morton Plant Hospital ranked in the 74th percentile in the 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals® report in 2023. Cardiovascular services include care for heart attack, heart failure, open heart surgery and interventional heart procedures.
