Candidates who meet these requirements are invited to apply for a PGY1 residency position by submitting an application via PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service).

Required Application Materials

  • Completed application form in PhORCAS
  • Letter of intent with career objectives
  • Current curriculum vitae
  • Official College of Pharmacy transcripts
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation using the forms provided in PhORCAS

All application materials must be submitted by the second Wednesday in January. Candidates who do not submit all application materials by the established date will not be considered for a residency position.

Once all applications have been reviewed, select candidates will be invited for an onsite interview.
