Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Reconstruction

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction restores and rebuilds the ligament in the center of the knee. A torn ACL causes the knee to buckle and give during activity. ACL reconstruction is done to alleviate knee pain, fix a knee that is unstable during activities or allow an individual to continue playing sports or other physical activities.
