30-Day Event Monitoring

30-day event monitoring helps determine if there are any irregular heart beats that may not show up in a routine EKG. Continuous, 30-day electrocardiographic monitoring of the heart's rhythm can help to determine the cause of dizziness, palpitations, fainting, etc. The patient wears a monitor connected to the chest using two EKG leads.
