About Our Faculty

Our program faculty is committed to pioneering innovative approaches in medical education. We encourage our residents to challenge conventional wisdom and explore creative solutions to health care challenges. Program leadership actively seeks and values fresh perspectives on curriculum design, training methodologies, and continuous quality improvement. By cultivating an environment that embraces forward-thinking ideas, we aim to develop not just skilled physicians, but also future leaders who will shape the landscape of health care delivery and medical education. This reimagined program structure offers unique opportunities for residents to:

  • Contribute to the evolution of medical training paradigms
  • Implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in patient care
  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects that push the boundaries of traditional medical education
  • Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives that directly impact program development

Key members of our medical staff have been appointed as faculty and core faculty, serving as role models of professionalism and excellence. Our program offers residents the unique opportunity to work closely and directly with these faculty members, creating an environment that nurtures the development of lasting relationships with mentors who are deeply committed to internal medicine. Throughout the three years of training, each resident will be assigned a dedicated mentor to guide their professional development. We also encourage our residents to connect with additional advisors who align with their unique needs and interests, ensuring they have the support and guidance they need throughout their journey.
