Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac rehabilitation is a medically-supervised exercise and education program designed to help people recover and thrive after a heart event or procedure. Cardiac Rehabilitation is designed for anyone with an existing or potential heart problem. Your physician can determine if our program is right for you. Generally, our program benefits patients who have coronary heart disease, which includes:

  • Angioplasty/stents
  • Coronary bypass surgery
  • Heart attacks
  • Heart valve surgery
  • Stable angina

Getting Started

To get enrolled in the cardiac rehabilitation program, you must first be referred by a physician. Rehabilitation is covered by Medicare and many insurance policies.
