Lou Galdieri, MHA, BSN
President, Mease Countryside Hospital and Mease Dunedin Hospital

Currently serving as president of Mease Dunedin Hospital and Mease Countryside Hospital, Lou Galdieri joined Morton Plant Mease in 2000 as a part-time nurse recruiter, advancing to director of planning and assistant administrator. 

Mr. Galdieri began his career as a nurse more than 30 years ago. At Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, he held a variety of leadership and nursing positions including clinical director and patient and staff relations roles.

Mr. Galdieri earned a master's of science degree in health administration from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia in 1999. He received his bachelor's of science degree in nursing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and a nursing diploma from the Community Medical Center School of Nursing in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Galdieri is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives, serves as the chair of the Long Range Planning Committee for the Board of the Clearwater Free Clinic, and is a past board member of the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce, and past board chairman of the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce.
