Jacqueline Arocho

President, BayCare Alliant Hospital

Jacqueline (Jackie) Arocho was appointed president of BayCare Alliant Hospital in March 2011 and brought with her over 25 years of experience in hospital management and leadership in the post-acute setting. Before joining BayCare Alliant, Jackie served as CEO of Kindred Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from San Diego State University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She began her career in the rehabilitation industry and in 2003 became CEO of HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Miami, where she developed interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs designed to improve patient outcomes and emotionally support patients as they healed.

At BayCare Alliant, Jackie continues her innovative leadership, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach and creating specialty programs to improve quality of life for all patients, as well as holistic therapies to support mind, body, and spirit. Jacqueline collaborates closely with her staff, doctors, and Board of Directors to fulfill BayCare Alliant’s mission to serve the community.
