Prediabetes Education Workshop Virtual

Free for individuals with prediabetes, this workshop offers a detailed review of the clinical aspects of prediabetes and strategies for lowering the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. A BayCare diabetes educator provides information about healthful behaviors, nutrition guidelines and goal-setting options to help reduce the risk for diabetes.
