Life After Childbirth

Handling the emotional ups and downs, breastfeeding challenges and more. Open to postpartum women who delivered up to one year ago. 


Enrollment Criteria

This in-person support group is designed for women who are currently pregnant or have delivered up to one year ago. If you’re facing challenges with everyday life, adjusting to new roles, struggling with the expectations of motherhood and/or breastfeeding, this group can help. Please bring your own diapering supplies. Lactation nurse will bring her scale for baby weights to do before and after feeding. For additional maternity information and education, please visit BayCareMaternity.org. Everyone must wear a face mask over their nose and mouth at all times inside of the building regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status.
