Labor and Birthing Positions

Registration is for the expectant parent plus one guest. It is highly recommended to attend a childbirth class before taking this class, and to be in the last trimester of pregnancy (32 weeks). Bring a beach towel or yoga mat and two pillows. The techniques can be used with an epidural or for natural childbirth. No refunds for cancellations less than two weeks from the date that the class starts. There are no refunds for no-shows and/or partial attendance. Rescheduling is available at any time at Morton Plant Hospital or Mease Countryside Hospital for the same class. Exceptions for refunds: Written documentation of medical emergency, early delivery (birth), bed rest, other illness or requested by Education Specialist.
