Get Into Fitness Today (GIFT) Virtual

The free GIFT program can help you learn more about nutrition and how to increase your daily physical activity.

Enrollment Criteria

Qualifications to register for class: Must be 18 years or older, Live and/or work in Pinellas, Pasco, Polk or Hillsborough County, have a BMI of 25 or higher, and/or be hypertensive. Class meets once a week, for 12 weeks. Register each person individually.
