Get Into Fitness Today (GIFT)

Qualifications to register for class: Must work or live in Pinellas, Pasco, Polk or Hillsborough County, have a BMI of 25 or higher, and/or be hypertensive and must be 18 years or older. Class meets once a week, for 12 weeks, February 26, 2020 to May 13,2020. Register each person individually. In preparing for your visit, please be aware that photo identification is required and metal detection screening is in use.
