Get Into Fitness Today (GIFT)

Qualifications to register for class: Must work or live in Pasco, Polk, Pinellas or Hillsborough County, have a BMI of 25 or higher, and/or be hypertensive and must be 18 years or older. Class meets once a week, for 12 weeks, March 25, 2020 - June 10, 2020. Register each person individually. In preparing for your visit, please be aware that photo identification is required and metal detection screening is in use.
