Get Into Fitness Today (GIFT)

Qualifications to register for class: Must work or live in Pinellas,Pasco,Polk OR Hillsborough County, have a BMI of 25 or higher, and/or be hypertensive and must be 18 years or older. Class meets once a week, for 12 weeks, February 13, 2020 to April 30, 2020. Register each person individually.
