Diabetes Education Empowerment Program (DEEP) Virtual
Join DEEP, a free six-week class that empowers people to take charge of their diabetes by avoiding complications and improving their self-management skills.
Enrollment Criteria

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the consent form please contact GetHealthy@BayCare.org prior to your first session. Requirements to participate in this class are: Must be 18 years or older, Live and/or work in Pinellas, Pasco, Polk or Hillsborough County. Must have diabetes, pre-diabetes or caretaker status - physician referral not required. Class meets once a week for six weeks. Terms of Participation
