Diabetes Education Empowerment Program (DEEP) Virtual

Join DEEP, a free six-week class that empowers people to take charge of their diabetes by avoiding complications and improving their self-management skills.

Enrollment Criteria

Please download and complete the event consent form prior to your first class. The consent form can be found under the content tab. Requirements to participate in this class are: Must be 18 years or older, Live and/or work in Pinellas, Pasco, Polk or Hillsborough County. Must have diabetes, pre-diabetes or caretaker status - physician referral not required. Class meets once a week for six weeks.
