Childbirth Refresher

Registration is for expectant parent +1 guest. This class is designed for parents who already have delivered a child in the past. Topics covered include breathing techniques, coping strategies, comfort measures, medications and postpartum adjustment. Birth Center Tour is included. Unless it is a medical emergency, refunds are available only for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to class date and will not be given for no-shows or if you attend any portion of the class. Medical emergencies must be confirmed in writing by the patient's healthcare provider. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of your class or tour. In preparing for your visit, please be aware that photo identification is required and metal detection screening is in use.
