My care provider was extremely sweet. Took in every concern I had and explained what my diagnosis was in detail.

Kara was professional, yet personable and put me at ease quickly, we talked about the controlled substance medication I must take and an alternative for getting that prescribed by my gynecologist

Kara is an awesome provider and listens to her patients, looks very carefully into our medical tests and makes good suggestions/recommendations for follow up and or treatment.

Dr Kara, is to busy for quality Patient Care and probably lacks knowledge to provide care, Dr Kara showed no concern for patients financial situation when prescribing medication and didnt feel the need to assist or educate, was told to call the Insurance and ask for alternate medication, treatment process became a three ring circus, was frustrating and scared considering A1C was over 14 and no realistic plan to treat for over a week due to playing phone tag. The Pharmacist had to give prescription and Dr Kara never felt led to check in say hi or show concern over the situation when I came to get a prescription for diabetes, guess its not her problem Patient Care and Concern is non existent. Beautiful facility however poor service. If there was a medical emergency we would have to call 911 for our selves and If we are diagnosed with an illness we have to find out own treatment plan. If I didnt need care immediately I will switch Drs

SINCE MY PREVIOUS DR AT A DIFFERENT CLINIC DROPPED ME, I CHOSE BAYCARE AND WAS ASSIGNED PA KARA. WITH THE MINIMUM INFORMATION SHE HAD ON ME, SHE WAS ABLE TO ASK, INQUIRE AND ANSWER ALL MY CONCERNS AND HELP ME WITH THE PRESCRIPTIONS. SHE WAS ALSO SENSITIVE ON THE COLONOSCOPY TOPIC AND RECOMMENDED WE TRY COLORGUARD FIRST AND SEE WHAT THE RESULTS SHOW AND THEN WE WILL MOVE FORWARD. SHE ALSO RECOMMENDED I TAKE THE SHINGLES SHOT . SHE DID NOT RUSH AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH HER PROFESSIONALISM

She was wonderful, however I was mis informed and wasted time effort and most Importantly money, amounting to $74.00 faxing documents that was no good to no one and thus making my process longer.
