    I enjoy seeing Dr. Cunningham and look forward to our appointments. He is the best GP Ive had in years! He is kind, compassionate, professional and actually listens, which some doctors do not. He works with me on finding the best solution to my health problems. I have great respect for him and hope he is my GP for many years to come.

    Also, wouldnt it been easy enough to access all of my previous health records via portal system(s) previously used. I was surprised that my provider hadnt looked at my history and/or maybe didnt have access. My fiance was at another BayCare location and he was a new patient as well because we just moved to Florida a year ago and his physician was able to see his history.

    • Dr. Daniel Cunningham is a board certified primary care physician with BayCare Medical Group serving the St. Petersburg, Florida area and sees patients age 18 and older. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology and psychology from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Cunningham earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He continued his medical education by completing a family medicine residency at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, Illinois.

      Dr. Cunningham then completed an opiod use disorder treatment fellowship at Rush University in Chicago. Dr. Cunningham’s clinical interests include preventative medicine, chronic diseases, mental health and acute injuries. He conducts consultations for a wide variety of illnesses and provides tailored patient treatment plans, keeping their best interests in mind. Dr. Cunningham looks forward to providing his patients with the proper tools and advice they need to improve their overall health. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. He is affiliated with St. Anthony's Hospital.
