She was very tuned into to addressing my concerns and very decisive about the best path to take for resolving my issue after the results of my X-rays were received. I appreciate that she always listens to me and explains things clearly. She is great at making sure all health issues are checked out.

Dr Schutzbach is very good at making me feel at ease and takes the time to hear all my problems. I know I always bring a list of issues that can seem a bit overwhelming to me, and honestly most of the things are not real concerns, but I mention them because Im unsure what is important. She never makes me feel silly for bringing anything up and takes everything seriously. She lets me know when something is concerning or if it is something just to keep an eye on. I appreciate that she sits down with me and talks through everything.

So my issue is the provider called in medication to my pharmacy. The pharmacy was unable to fill it because it is not covered by my Baycare insurance. The pharmacy has requested a replacement medication or alternate medication twice. Still unfilled.

All the lab tests she gave me included the word Obese! I guess she thought I was!!! She didnt even listen to my concern about my knee and how I thought it was infected. In fact I had to call back today and ask why I never received my orders for an X-ray and lab for my knee and they said she never charted anything about it!!!!

Dr Shutzbach is honestly the best doctor Ive ever had. I am not a good patient in that I dont take care of myself. Im diabetic, overweight, have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. On each of my 6 month check ups she has really encouraged me to do better and make at least some small changes that will help my overall health. She even writes things down for me on a piece of paper for me to take home. Shes very easy to talk to and I always leave there feeling encouraged to do better.
