Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Continuous glucose monitoring is a program for the "out of control" or "brittle" diabetic patient. A certified diabetic educator applies the small, pump-like device that the patient will wear 24 hours a day for one week. The patient's blood sugar readings are captured within the device and then directly sent to the prescribing physician who then analyzes and determines the best course of medical management.
