Specialty Beds, Mattresses and Accessories

Obesity (Bariatric) Beds

The Invacare BAR750 Bariatric Bed is a heavy-duty full-electric bed frame capable of supporting up to 750 lb. With the patient in mind, this bed expands from 39" wide to a full 48" and from 80" in length to 88". Four ultra-quiet DC actuators easily reposition the head and foot sections, as well as the bed height. And, for the ultimate in safety, the bed comes standard with a battery backup.

Specialty Mattress

The Masonair LS9000B offers an extraordinary therapeutic mattress system for the prevention and treatment of pressure sores for patients weighing up to 1000 lbs. The powerloft pro 900 pump produces 1180 liters per minute offering a cool and dry sleeping surface.

This top of the line system offers 10 comfort settings, accommodating patients individual needs. The auto firm feature allows for approximately 1 minute fill rate. The exclusive pulsate mode reduces the air flow every 30 seconds to 50% of the comfort settings. This feature will intermittently reduce pressure and increase blood flow. The internal pressure control sensor continuously monitors surface pressure for optimal pressure relief.

Accessories

The Full Length Rail is a nominal, telescoping full length rail that provides maximum length rail perimeter coverage, intended for use by patients requiring maximum length rail and maximum perimeter protection. Designed to offer added protection and fall prevention, the Lumex Liberty Rails follow the FDA Hospital Bed System Dimensional Guidance to Reduce Entrapment and the Hospital Bed Safety Workgroup and FDA Dimensional Test Methods for Bed System Zones 1-4 to reduce bed entrapment.
